How to initiate the YOCS remote support utility

Solution To download the YOCS remote support program please click on this link http://yocs.net/remote.exe

1.) Click Run to open
2.) Then click Run again.
3.) Once the program comes up please email the 9 digit ID to support@yocs.net
4.) Please make sure to leave the YOCS remote support program running.
